RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, or repeated return patterns.
RETURNS
No Returns on Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
30-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused and in its original, unaltered condition
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging
- The item has been properly stored in a cool area away from direct sunlight
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Items that are opened, used, damaged due to improper storage, or missing components for reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items upon receipt and reject returns that do not meet these standards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by us
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written approval. Do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
Inspection & Approval
Once a return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned item does not match the condition described in the return request, shows signs of use or tampering, or does not meet our eligibility criteria.
Restocking Fee
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, a restocking fee of 15% of the product cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return shipping label was provided by us, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in a condition that is not fully consistent with our return eligibility requirements, at our sole discretion.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your bank account or original payment method
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times vary
- Contact your bank regarding processing timelines

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Returns that do not arrive or arrive in poor condition due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are offered only for items that are verified as defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. To request an exchange, contact us at info@keepersproduct.com within 30 days of your purchase date with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
GIFTS
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the eligible refund amount will be issued once the return is received and approved.
If the order was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being given as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE
We actively monitor return and refund activity. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds — and to flag or block accounts — in any of the following situations:
- Excessive or repeated return requests
- Returns submitted with inaccurate or inconsistent information
- Items returned that are not the original products purchased
- Evidence of use, tampering, or damage inconsistent with the stated reason for return
- Suspected chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims
Any attempt to abuse this policy may result in the permanent refusal of service.
