SHIPPING POLICY

Like many retailers, we are navigating the many changes currently happening in the shipping industry while striving to deliver a positive customer service experience. Please read below for more details.

Carrier Selection & Third-Party Services
By selecting a carrier at checkout, the customer acknowledges they are choosing the service of a third-party provider. While we work diligently to support a smooth delivery experience, once a parcel is in the carrier's possession, delivery timelines, handling, and outcomes are beyond our control. We are not liable for carrier delays, losses, or errors.

Pricing
We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS to deliver your products. Shipping prices are set by the carriers; we have negotiated discounted rates on your behalf and pass those savings along directly.

Unclaimed & Refused Shipments
If a customer fails to pick up a parcel held at a UPS location, or refuses delivery of an order, the customer is solely responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping fees and any applicable restocking charges. Refused or unclaimed orders are not eligible for a return or refund.

International (Non-U.S.) Customers — Customs & Import Fees
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are not under our control. Failure to pay customs fees resulting in a returned or abandoned parcel does not qualify for a refund.

For USPS First Class International Mail, tracking is not available once the parcel leaves the United States, as it is transferred to the destination country's postal service. While we have generally had positive experiences with this service, the customer assumes full responsibility for choosing this option based on their local delivery preferences and reliability.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products — including large-format liquids — cannot be shipped internationally, as noted on each applicable product page. If you place an order that cannot be fulfilled due to a shipping restriction, we will contact you to find a resolution or issue a refund. Please feel free to inquire before placing an order.

Shipping Speed
Delivery time estimates displayed at checkout reflect transit time after the carrier receives the parcel — not from the date of order. We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. If there is an unexpected delay on our end, we will notify you directly. Please check your spam folder, as our communications may occasionally be filtered from your main inbox.

Please note that USPS Priority Mail no longer guarantees 2-day delivery for longer distances, despite what may be displayed in the checkout interface. Coast-to-coast deliveries are currently taking approximately 4–5 business days. We appreciate your understanding as carrier service standards continue to evolve.

Signature Requirement
A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders totaling $125 USD or more. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, as missed delivery attempts may result in the package being held at a carrier facility subject to the unclaimed shipment policy above.

Fraud & Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny return/refund requests in cases where we identify patterns of fraudulent activity, policy abuse, or misuse of our return or shipping policies.

Ecologically Minded
Where possible, we encourage you to select shipping options with longer delivery windows. This helps reduce fuel consumption and supports our sustainability values. We use minimal, biodegradable and recycled packaging materials wherever feasible. Please reuse and recycle where possible.
