Shipping policy

Like many retailers, we are navigating the many changes currently happening in the shipping industry while striving to deliver a positive customer service experience. Please read below for more details:

  • Pricing: We partner with UPS and USPS courier services to deliver your products. The prices are predetermined by the carrier and we have negotiated the best discounted rates for our customers. 
  • International (non-US-based) customers: Please note that for the USPS First Class International Mail option, tracking service is not available once it leaves the US as it will be handled by the destination country's courier service. In general, we have had positive experiences with this service, but it is up to the customer's discretion whether or not to choose this option pending on local mail delivery preferences. 
  • Shipping speed: Please note that the delivery time indicated under the shipping option at checkout reflects how fast delivery will take once the carrier receives the parcel. We typically ship within 1-2 business days once the order has been placed. If we are experiencing delays, we will reach out to the customer. Please check your spam mail folder in case our communications are filtered out of your main inbox.
  • US-based customers: Please note that USPS Priority Mail no longer offers 2-day shipping for longer distances even though the Shopify checkout interface still displays "1 business day" as the estimated delivery date. We are noticing that priority mail deliveries from the west to the east coast takes roughly 4-5 business days currently. Thank you for understanding.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Certain products cannot be shipped internationally. This includes large-sized liquids and is indicated on each applicable products page. If you have accidentally placed an order, we will contact you to find a solution or offer a refund. Feel free to inquire prior to placing an order.
  • Ecologically-minded: Where possible, please select a shipping option that allows for a longer delivery time window. This helps us and our couriers reduce fuel usage which supports our sustainability values. We strive to use minimal and recycled packaging materials where feasible. Please reuse and recycle where possible. Thank you!
  • For all orders above $125 USD, a signature will be required at delivery.
